Statement of Rights and Responsibilities
By using or accessing Nilasor.com, you agree to this Statement.

1.    Privacy

Nilasor is a public website, available for viewing by anyone with internet access.  Nilasor does not currently collect any personal information from visitors to the website.  The exception is when a visitor chooses to join the Nilasor mailing list by filling out a “join mailing list form”, and when requesting or submitting information via the contact form on the website, whereby the submitter's name, email, and comments are collected via email.  Any change to this policy will be updated here under the "Privacy" title. 

2.    Sharing Your Content and Information

Information collected via the contact form, mailing list form, or online orders is not shared in any form or fashion to any third parties.  No personal information is ever shared with third parties for any reason.

3.    Safety

We do our best to keep Nilasor.com safe, but we cannot guarantee it. We need your help to keep Nilasor.com safe, which includes the following commitments by you:

a.    You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Nilasor.com.

b.    You will not collect content or information, or otherwise access Nilasor.com, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our prior permission.

c.    You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Nilasor.com.

d.    You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

e.    You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else. 

f.    You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user.

g.    You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

h.    You will not develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related, dating or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions.

i.    You will not use Nilasor.com to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

j.    You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Nilasor.com, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other Nilasor.com functionality.

k.  You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.
 

4.    Registration and Account Security

Nilasor.com does not currently collect personal information for registration type purposes. 

5.    Mobile and Other Devices

Nilasor does not currently have any services for mobile and other devices.
 

6.    Payments

Nilasor collects payments for purchases made in our online store.

7.    Termination

If you violate the letter or spirit of this Statement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of Nilasor.com to you. 

8.    Disputes

1.    You will resolve any claim, cause of action or dispute (claim) you have with us arising out of or relating to this Statement or Nilasor.com exclusively in the appropriate court of law.  The laws of the State will govern this Statement, as well as any claim that might arise between you and us, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

2.    WE TRY TO KEEP Nilasor.com UP, BUG-FREE, AND SAFE, BUT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE PROVIDING Nilasor.com AS IS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT Nilasor.com WILL ALWAYS BE SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT Nilasor.com WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DISRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS. Nilasor.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES, AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY CLAIM YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
