Debra Crowe not only wears hats because she was raised to do so, she wears them because she likes the added touch that hats bring to an
outfit. Debra said, "I like the look." Not only does she wear hats to church, Debra also loves to wear caps and is often referred to as "the lady
that wears hats". Debra said that her husband James also likes to wear caps -- I imagine they have quite a collection.
