Ruby Swan is a member of Alief Baptist Church in Houston, Texas.  Raised by hat-wearing women, she still cherishes some of her grandmother's hats, which she proudly wears to Sunday service on occasion. Ruby says about hats, "I don't feel completely dressed for church without a hat."
