Maggie
Harris was visiting Alief Baptist Church in Houston when her beautiful aqua hat
caught the eye of The Church Hat photographer.
When
asked how she felt about hats, Maggie said without hesitation, "I
like them. I just like hats. I wear one every
Sunday."
First
Lady Harris is the wife of Pastor James C. Harris, Sr., who pastors Mt.
Pilgrim Baptist Church in Columbus, Georgia. The First Lady
and Pastor Harris have been married for 60 years.
